Hayaa Emergency Sitter provides short-notice childcare for families who need support quickly, subject to sitter availability in your area.

Emergency Sitter requests can be made on the same day or at short notice.

How booking works

2. We review your request
Complete the short booking form with your preferred date, time, postcode and childcare requirements.
Our team will check availability and contact you regarding your requirements.
3. Complete your family information
4. Booking confirmation
Once everything has been agreed, you will receive confirmation of your childcare booking. Your confirmation will include the agreed date, time, duration and all relevant booking details.
Before the first confirmed booking, you will complete the Parent & Child Registration Form with your baby's routine, allergies, emergency contacts and any important care information.
